Question
hi!
i was wondering, how do i get my toe touch jumps higer and is there any exercise i could do to help me get stronger at them and higher? and how do can i get all three of my splits down? i know i have to strech alot but is there a way to get them down easier? like a partner or oversplit or should i just get someone to push me all the way down? thanks!

This is a great question. In my opinion I would get some ankle weights and wal around the house on them and do some kicks. Whatever you do, don't do any jumps with the ankle weights on because that will cause you to frog you jumps. On to the three splits. One of the best ways to get those splits down is to stretch every night, or get a partner and put your leg up on there shoulder and give them a hug. I know it sounds awkward and corky but I really does work stretch you quads, calves, and hamstrings!! Hope this helps!!?:)
