WEll i JUST NEED SOME TiPS ON HOW i CAN GET MY JUMP HiGHER WHEN i AM DOiNG MY TOE TOUCHES AND OTHER STUFF...

    With getting your jumps higher there is limited things you can do.   Try doing wall splits, gravity splits, regular splits, and also try wearing ankle weights; this will help your legs get stronger so you can get your jumps higher!

I can answer all kinds of questions that are about tumbeling, stunting, flying, cheering, dancing, flexabilty, motions, and just getting back in shape. I can't answer questions about the drill team. I was on an all-star team for 7 years and am currently on my high school team which I have been on for 3 years, and I am currently captain of my high school squad. On my all-star team I was a flyer, a base, and a tumbler. I would be glad to help you, so you may give me some of your questions and I would be glad to give you as much information as I can.

I have cheered for 7 years for an all star team. We traveled out of state. I was a flyer but I know how to base and backspot.
