If you can give me any advice i would love to hear it. Also if you have tips on uniforms and how to go about buying the right one please let me know. Your advice is much appreciated. Thanks!

Answer
Hi Jessica,

Congrats on starting a cheer squad! That's great! The best advice I can give you is to get everyone to start a workout regimen every day. Combine exercises that work different parts on the body such as pushups, tuck-ups, v-ups, straddle-ups, leg lifts, and weights if you have access to them or even free weights.
Flexibility all comes from stretching. The more you stretch, the quicker it will come. If you really want to work on flexibility, you should stretch any time you can, whenever possible. Try searching the internet for the millions of stretches and exercises available.
As to organization, alot of it is trial and error. But, you shouldn't be dealing with that end of the team. That should be handled by your advisor or coach. If they're not dealing with that, then they need to know that this is part of their job.
Uniforms should be dealt with by your coach or advisor as well, but you and your teammates can look through catalogs and online and pick out styles you like, and compare prices.
Hope that helps! Good Luck, and let me know how it goes.
Happy Cheering!
