Answer
Hi Claire!

The easiest way for your bases to catch you in a cradle is for you to remain as tight as possible! If you stay tight and remain in the correct position, your bases will have no trouble catching you!

Basket tosses can be pretty tricky when you are first starting them. The things you must remember as a flyer are to first set in the basket the correct way (with your chest up, bottom like you are sitting in a chair, and holding yourself up by your hands on the bases shoulders), then ride the basket to the top (with your arms by your ears), and finally cradle correctly.

Good luck and I hope this helps!
