Question
I need more help with stretching my legs like for heel stretches and like my leg can go all the way up it just can't be straight. I really need help with it because me and my friend are doing a stunt cometition in december and I need to get it really good because of that and a bunch of people that I train with need help too so if I get it then everyone that needs help I can give it to them to help stretch.

First off I have to preface this answer by saying that I'm a guy so I can't say I've went through what you are. HOwever, I had a partner one year in college who was hands down the best stunter we had, on everything but a heel stretch. Just like yourself she could get it up there, but not straight. Not only did it look horrible but it through the stunt off center and didn't hold as long as could have. I know this sounds elementary so I would suggest going to a gym and find a female to answer your question but what Christa did was simple. She did on the ground heel stretches over and over everyday either on her own or after practice until she was sick of them. And then did them more. After a couple months she got more flexible and had them down perfect.

I can answer questions on the following subjects. Coed partner stunts at almost any level, group pyramids, all levels of male motions and beginning levels of female motions. I can also give out general tips for tryouts. I cannot answer questions on tumbling or choreography.

Experience

I have worked at multiple all-star gyms teaching stunt clinics and classes and have cheered on a collegeiate squad for the past 3 years.

Education/Credentials
I cheered for 3 years at the collegiate level at a major D1 University and was male captain my final year.
