Question
Hi.  i have decent jumps, but i need help getting them higher.  My toetouch is what needs the most work.  a lot of times its level but then i can't land it right because i don't get high enough to make it level, but i still kick my legs up there.  i would just like tips on how to get them higher, because tips always help me A LOT! thank-you!

Answer
Hey. I often get questions like this as well. You can do things to work on your calf muscles because those are the ones you use most when you're jumping. You can do calf-raises (stand on the ground then go onto your toes and then go back down). Also, if you aren't do this, you're jump is lower. Make sure you aren't bend over, and you're hitting your T strong when you jump because you're going to lose momentum if you stop your arms at a High V instead. Try hard to whip your legs hard into the toe touch position as well and not to have TOO much hang time. I really hope this helped.
