Question
My jumps our pretty good i just CAN"T PIONT MY TOES!!!!!! UGH!!!!! it annoys me so much! how can i get myself to piont my toes.(Random thought. I wish i could be a flyer!!!)

Answer
Hi Laurel,

Try this out. Practice jumps while focusing only on your toes. Don't even try to pull a good jump, just focus on those toesies! Once, you've got them more pointy, get those jumps back to normal. Otherwise, keep stretching your legs and feet and work on flexibility in your feet and ankles. Good Luck.
Happy Cheering!
