Cheerleading/Jumps/ try-outs

Question
I am trying out for my school cheerleading in a couple of weeks. I've done cheerleading for a while now but I took a year off because of an injury. I became out of shape because of it. So Ive been stretching everyday for about 2 weeks now some days more than 1 time.

I've been looking up web sites for my toe-touches and they've helped a lot. But I've having trouble with my herkie. And I couldn't find any sites that would help. If you know any or any other stretches that would help me with my jumps I think it would help a ton as well.

Please help,
 Ashley

Answer
I don't know any sites for herkies, but you could do exercises on the floor where you practice the herkie position. I really don't know many stretches but, if I can help again you know what to do.

P.S. Please recommend me for the award on this site***
