Cheerleading/Layout

Question
OK so I have been working on my layout.  Ihave had my round-off BHS tuck and round-off BHS pike for at least a year or more and they are both beautiful and i can do it when ever needed.  I just can't seem to grasp the concept of the lay-out.  I am a perfectionist so I want it to be perfect and just look so easy.  I can do my layout by myself but it just doesn't feel right-like its not perfect.  Do you have any tips on how I can make it perfect?

Answer
Heyy Natalie,
Everything takes time to make perfect! and even at that somethings may never feel as perfect as it looks!  . . . try doing hollow body holds so you get the feel of the position you need to be in while you are in motion! . . . You may also try practicing bh layout and layout on the tramp. !!!! LET ME KNOW IF YOU NEED MORE HELP OR IF YOU DON'T UNDERSTAND ANYTHING!!!! GOOD LUCK!!!!

Expertise

I can answer all kinds of questions that are about tumbeling, stunting, flying, cheering, dancing, flexabilty, motions, and just getting back in shape. I can't answer questions about the drill team. I was on an all-star team for 7 years and am currently on my high school team which I have been on for 3 years, and I am currently captain of my high school squad. On my all-star team I was a flyer, a base, and a tumbler. I would be glad to help you, so you may give me some of your questions and I would be glad to give you as much information as I can.

I have cheered for 7 years for an all star team. We traveled out of state. I was a flyer but I know how to base and backspot.
