Question
What kind of workout would you reccomend for a male cheerleader who has some experience in cheering, but has gotten out of shape and wants to be ready to try out for his college squad in april?

Answer
Well obviously nothing substitutes for getting out there and partner stunting, so if you know or can find a female to partner stunt with you definitely do that. As far as weights go I would suggest squats and leg presses, military presses, power clings (for your toss), and wrist curls. And if it's for football season and you're going to be running around the field definitely get yourself in shape by running as much as possible.
