Cheerleading/Mental Block

Question
Ok . my question is, how can i get over a really
bad mental block . I'm in 8th grade and i used to
have a layout . standing back. and good running
tumbling. but somehow i developed a fear . and at
first i just lost my round flip flop layout. and
then my standing back . and then i lost my flip
flop. i never fell or did anything to scare me but
for some reason i just get a feeling when I'm standing
on the mat that i can't flip or go over.i know its not a fear of just
tumbling on the ground too because i even
lost my everything on the trampoline .i really
need advice on how to get my tumbling back by may 2007
for my highschool's tryout. I've cheered since 3rd grade
and I'm not ready to give up cheerleading just because
i have a stupid mental block."

Answer
I don't really know.  Since theres nothing that made you start doing this that you know of.  I would just say start back over from the basics and work your way back up from there.  I have known a few people that have done this same thing and they just started back over from the basics.  I hope this works but I really don't know what to tell you.  I hope you can get over your mental block and be able to try out for your high school cheerleading team.  Good Luck!!! I have cheered for 8 years. I can tumble, cheer, dance, and stunt. I was a flyer and a base. I have a full in tumbling. I was on a traveling team and I cheered in high school.
