Question
I seem to have to mental block when it comes to doing my Standing and runnning back hand springs. I have tried many things but nothing seemed to work. please help me.

Heyy NIkki,
   Mental blocks are very common and i have experienced quite a few myself. What always helps me is having a spot, or saying it to myself as i do it.  FOR EXAMPLE:  Roundoff Backhandspring.   ALso what also helps me is telling myself i can do it, and not think so much when you go! .. CLose you eyes tell your self what you are doing, take a deep breath, open your eyes and go for it!

I can answer all kinds of questions that are about tumbeling, stunting, flying, cheering, dancing, flexabilty, motions, and just getting back in shape. I can't answer questions about the drill team. I was on an all-star team for 7 years and am currently on my high school team which I have been on for 3 years, and I am currently captain of my high school squad. On my all-star team I was a flyer, a base, and a tumbler. I would be glad to help you, so you may give me some of your questions and I would be glad to give you as much information as I can.

I have cheered for 7 years for an all star team. We traveled out of state. I was a flyer but I know how to base and backspot.
