Question
I am getting so frustrated with standing tuck! I only get to practice my standing tuck once a week and that is the time I do really bad! I want to know how cn I practice my standing tuck at home. But I can't find anything! I have a trampoline and I profected it on there and I need to go to the next level, but my mom can't spot me or my dad. So HELP ME PLEASE!        Thanx!

Answer
Please do not attempt a standing tuck at home unless you have already mastered this skill.  It is dangerous to perform if you do not have knowledgeable spotters.  I would continue to work on the trampoline and also any kind of exercise that works your abs would be great because your ab muscles do most of the work when you do a tuck.

When you are able to practice your tuck is it in a class or a private lesson or with your cheerleading team?
