I was on an all-star team for 7 years and am currently on my high school team which I have been on for 3 years, and I am currently captain of my high school squad. Question What stretching exercises do you recommend for flyers?
Answer Hey Kim,
I would suggest doing splits and putting their head on their knee.. wall splits/gravity splits.. also the back spot can take their stretch leg against their body and pushi in so it is like they are holding their stretch.. also back bends/ back stretches..
