Question
How do you do a toss chair? Can you tell me what both the base and flyer does?
I'm not familiar with the term "toss chair"..If it's the same thing as a basket toss, Then the two bases make a square with their hands linked..(( I cant explain how to do that )) and the backspot pushes up on the fliers butt. The flier stays tight until she reaches the top..and she simply cradles back down.
