About Katlin
Expertise
I can answer all kinds of questions that are about tumbeling, stunting, flying, cheering, dancing, flexabilty, motions, and just getting back in shape. I can't answer questions about the drill team. On my all-star team I was a flyer, a base, and a tumbler. I would be glad to help you, so you may give me some of your questions and I would be glad to give you as much information as I can.

Question
QUESTION: I have a question. If you have a back tuck and back layout on the trampoline, the tumble track, and the sting mat in the pit, then is it o.k to try to do it going down a hill? Say the hill is in your front yard. OR is it too dangerous. I mean you know the drill and you land it everytime.
ANSWER: Hey Nicole,
I would say do not do it down a hill. If you have a cheese mat (down hill mat) at your gym have your coach/instructor spot you down tht .. then if they tell you it is ok go ahead and try it down the mat by yourself .. move down the mat each time you  land 2 .. once you are almost all the way down the mat .. i would ask your coach how you are doing .. and if it is ok if you were to try it downhill like in your front yard .. this is also relavant to how comfortable you feel doing it .. i have my back tuck on the ground , and I can't bring myself to do it downhill.. but i can do it on the grass .. so it is just your comfort...
GOOD LUCK!! LET ME KNOW HOW IT GOES .. BE CAREFUL
