Question
i just got my backhanspring on monday (todays wednessday) and sometimes when i do my backhandspring i either never go over(i was on a mattres) or end up easing down on my head i did it today with no problem its just kinda slow i do all the the techniques right and the coaches always comment me on my body postion being good what can be the problem?

how can i garantee to stick my backhandspring everytime?

where are you learning to do this? from a friend? or at a gym? Because i dont know why you are learning this on a mattres? but anyways i would say from experience to make sure ur sitting like in a chair and jump and throw ur arms. but have confidience in yourself and think that u can do it. never say you cant cause i know you can
