Question
Hey, I'm a backspot on a senior all-star team. I'm the smallest backspot and I don't think the coaches think I'm all that great. I really want to prove them wrong and show them how strong I can be!! Have any exercise tips / tips for the actual stunts??  :)

Answer
Unfortunately being mostly schooled in partner stunts I can only answer half of your questions. The exercise tips are easy. Go through a practice and just pay attention to what muscles you use (usually the ones that are sore or tired after practice). Then simply go to the gym and ask one of the people working for what lifts will strengthen those muscles. Thats what I did.
