Question
i am in cheerleading so i need tips on how to do a round off bhs, my motions, splits, being a flyer, and doing a standing backtuck but mostly my round off bhs

Answer
Hi Savannah,
FOR motions just remember tht you always need to be nice and tight, and sharp .  For splits go as far down as you can while you are watching tv and try to go down a little each time.  For being a flyer just remember tht you need to be flexible, and never bail on a stunt.  ONly your coaches can help you with your robh ..
IF I CAN HELP YOU FURTHER LET ME KNOW !!!

Expertise

I can answer all kinds of questions that are about tumbeling, stunting, flying, cheering, dancing, flexabilty, motions, and just getting back in shape. I can't answer questions about the drill team. I was on an all-star team for 7 years and am currently on my high school team which I have been on for 3 years, and I am currently captain of my high school squad. On my all-star team I was a flyer, a base, and a tumbler. I would be glad to help you, so you may give me some of your questions and I would be glad to give you as much information as I can.

Experience

I have cheered for 7 years for an all star team. We traveled out of state. I was a flyer but I know how to base and backspot.
