hey, a twist cradle is easy if you know the right way to do it, my sujestion would to twist with your upper body while crossing your legs. you can also try wrapping your arms around you body to give you not olny a fast but pretty twist, then to stop yourself put your arms out in a stright line as you do in a normal cradle. as for tryouts mostly what I have to say is strech you leg to male you jumps better, and just try your best! and if you're also working on gymnastics as for a backhandspring look for the floor try to strech it out and jump back, for a back tuck go up tuck tight and try to gain a lot of high it's much easier that way, and as for twisting pull with your upper body and cross your legs. moves make sure they are correct and sharp. be stiff!! and as for your words which makes a huge difference make sure they are choppy and DO NOT SING them!!! well I wish you luck at your tryouts and I hope you make the team!

Expertise

I can answer all kinds of questions that are about tumbeling, stunting, flying, cheering, dancing, flexabilty, motions, and just getting back in shape. I can't answer questions about the drill team. I was on an all-star team for 7 years and am currently on my high school team which I have been on for 3 years, and I am currently captain of my high school squad. On my all-star team I was a flyer, a base, and a tumbler. I would be glad to help you, so you may give me some of your questions and I would be glad to give you as much information as I can.
