Question
i need to know how to pull a scorpion and how to stretch for one thank you

Answer
First let me preface this by saying being a male i've never went through it personally. However I did have a partner on my collegiate squad who had sort of the same issue as you. She had the greatest flick and toss of any girl ive ever stunted with. Ditto for her lib and cupies but she wasn't flexible enough to pull a heel stretch. Basically for an entire summer and spring anytime we stunted she practiced doing stretches on the ground, no matter how bad they were she did them over and over. And by the following year she was pulling very good stretches. I know that's not scientific to say just do them on the ground. But I would start doing that over and over on the ground before trying to pull them in the air.
