Answer
Hey Maygan,
YOU DO NOT NEEd TO LOOSE WEIGHT!!!! .. Size doesn't matter realy just flexibility does in most cases.. DO your splits, and stretch every day .. that is all you can really do .. make sure when you are in the air stay up not matter what .. even if they are holding your foot the wrong way or something doesnt feel right .. What I often did was find a spot infront of me on the wall when I was in the air .. and the will help you keep your balance up in the air make sure you also stretch your back .. have you back spot help you stretch ..
GOOD LUCK!! IF YOU HAVE ANY MORE QUESTIONS LET EM KNOW ... LET ME KNOW HOW IT GOES!!

Expertise

I can answer all kinds of questions that are about tumbeling, stunting, flying, cheering, dancing, flexabilty, motions, and just getting back in shape. I can't answer questions about the drill team. I was on an all-star team for 7 years and am currently on my high school team which I have been on for 3 years, and I am currently captain of my high school squad. On my all-star team I was a flyer, a base, and a tumbler. I would be glad to help you, so you may give me some of your questions and I would be glad to give you as much information as I can.
