Question
When ever I do a back hand spring my coach tells me to keep my legs straght. The secont time i try i focus to much on my legs and not my whole body. How do i keep my legs straght with out falling?

Answer
speed and arm strength are the key.. Most people who bend there legs are not going fast enough and there weight is being held by your hands for to long. You might want to try to push out your hips as soon as you jump.. My thrusting your pelvis outwards it gets your legs to rotate over your body faster. If that doesn't work message me back and I will try other ways.
