Question
hi! i have had my back handspring for about 3 months now, but I've always had trouble landing it. i think its because my arms aren't always straight. i hurt my elbow doing a spring once (from locking it) so every once in a while my head is really close to the ground because i bend them.  Well i just want my spring to be very consistent and..better, so i was wondering if you had any secrets of techniques that might help make my bhs better. thankyou

Answer
hello... i hurt my elbow tumbling like a year ago and i was out for 3 months. and when i started tumbling on it again it still hurts so now its mainly me just tumbling on it i have a brace but it doesnt really help.  i dont really know what you can do to fix that but my doctor told me just to strech it everyday and thats all u can really do...
