Question
hi in feb i used to know how 2 do a split like a right side split. then i used to do it without streching b/c ive learned. then the last time i did it was feb27 b/c it hurted alot. then everytime i try to do it it hurts. what can i do to be able to do it again. i stretch and stretch but doesnt work!the only way i used to do one waz by putting ma head down ma leg which would make me go down. but is there any other way? plz need help

Heyy Angie,
  It sounds like you pulled a muscle and just stretching is going to help. Pulled muscles take a while to heal .. make sure from now on you stretch before you do your splits so you dont pull a muscle again
