HYYY,I DONT NO HOW TO DO A FRONT HUDLER AND I NEED HELP DOING HOW MANY TIMES I DO IT,IT STILL WONT WORK FOR ME I SOMETIMES WORKOUT AND SOMETIMES I DONT THE ONLY JUMP I NO HOW TO DO IS A HERKIE AND I LIKE THAT ONE BUT IT SEEMS THAT THE HUDLER IS NOT LIKE THE HERKIE PLEASEEEEEEEEEE  HELP ME

Answer
Alright, well the difference between a herkie and a hurdler is the back leg. In a herkie, the leg is curled under your butt. In a hurdler, your leg is out to the side as if you're a dog peeing on a fire hydrant.

Here's a prep that can help you get a front easily.

5, 6, 7
8 - clasp
1 - hands clasped together above your head as if making a point
2 - relevate (raise up) onto your toes
3 - swing around (arms swing downwards then back up)
4 - hit the jump and arms are in the touch down position
5 - land
6 - hold
7 - up/clean
8 - end/repeat

You want to make sure you are trying to make your leg go to your arms, not your arms to your legs. It's really good to look at a mirror or tape yourself when you're practicing jumps. It's a good way to see yourself what's wrong.

Hope this helped!
