Answer
Hi Sarah,
I'm sorry that I can't give you a miracle cure for your mental block but that's because a mental block is all in your head. Unfortunately there is no magic cure and it takes a different amount of time for each person to get over their block. My advice to you is to close your eyes and visualize yourself doing your double. See yourself performing it in your mind. Go through each part over and over. Then believe that you can do it. If you've already done it yourself a bunch of times that you should know in the back of your mind that you CAN do it, you have the ability. So, use your visualization with the knowledge that your body can do it to help you FORCE yourself to do it.
Once again, I'm sorry I can't get you a way to fix it right away, but I hope that you can get past your block and excel in your tumbling.
In the event that that does not work, you may want to visit a sports psychologist or hypnotist. They can often help alot with these kinds of problems.

Good Luck! Please let me know how it goes!
Happy Cheering!
