Question
i want to do chearleading but i want to learn how to do the splits wut is the best way to learn fast

Answer
Hi Emma,

Unfortunately there is no fast way to learn the splits. The only was is to stretch them as much as possible every day. You can stretch your legs in anyway you can bend them. You should also stretch by sitting in the splits for as long as you can. Over time, you will notice them getting lower and lower. This is the only healthy way to get those splits on the ground. So, make sure you just stretch all the time, whenever possible! Good Luck, and thanks for writing.
