Cheerleading/how to get my splits all the way down

Question
ok my coach kepts telling me that i need my streches and splits and all that stuff but like i try very hard to get them down and they wont go down do u have any suggestions for what i can do??? anything other than the slits?  

Answer
Sometimes if you do your splits every time you are watching tv that will help.  Also doing wall and gravity splits for straddles help . . . Once you get your splits down you can start putting you nose down on your knee so it will be like having you stretch.  When you do your stretch make sure you don't lean over . . . or look down at the ground (if you are a flyer make sure you have your backspot stretch you)
