Cheerleading/All-star team switch?

Question
Hello I have been an all-star cheerleader for some time now for the same team but I was looking at changing teams to better my skills. I was wondering if changing teams would be a wise decision or not. I mean I love the people on my current team but I am looking to be better and the team I am currently with can not give me that. What should I do?

Answer
Hi Katrina!

If you are looking to better yourself I would recommend switching teams.  There is nothing wrong with that.  If your current squad is no longer challenging you then it is in your best interest to switch teams.  Let me know if you need any further assistance and good luck with the switch!
