Question
I am learning a back handspring and lately my arms have benn giving out.It seems that instead of getting better, they are getting worse. I can do a front handspring by myself and I was doing good at BHS with a spot so I dont think strength is the problem. I dont know what to do to fix it because I dont know what's wrong. Any advice would be great. Thanks.

Expertise

I can answer all kinds of questions that are about tumbeling, stunting, flying, cheering, dancing, flexabilty, motions, and just getting back in shape. I can't answer questions about the drill team. I was on an all-star team for 7 years and am currently on my high school team which I have been on for 3 years, and I am currently captain of my high school squad. On my all-star team I was a flyer, a base, and a tumbler. I would be glad to help you, so you may give me some of your questions and I would be glad to give you as much information as I can.

I have cheered for 7 years for an all star team. We traveled out of state. I was a flyer but I know how to base and backspot.
