Question
my question is i have my backhandspring by myself and at tryouts i nailed it i was so happy but i need to find a way to work on it at home do you have any tips on me working on it at home?

Answer
Practice walking up and down the wall with your hands.. bending backwards.... use the couch as a way to bend backwards and lift up really quickly. the only thing you can do at home are exercises and stretches to help keep up your flexibility... this is the best way to do it. let me know if you need any more help
