Hi my name is Haley! I have cheered on a Pee-wee team for 4 years! At the end of this year I have try-outs 4 the Jv squad! I still havent got my back handspring! I have a fear of throwing it! Plus I have dun it so long on the trampoline that I have picked up the habit of landing on my knees! Now everytime I throw it with a spot I land on my knees! Can u giive me tips on just throwing it w/out being scared!?!? And also a way 2 break my habit so I can make the cheer squad?

Hi.. im not sure how u can get out of ur habit of landing on ur knees.  I've never heard of anyone doing that im sorry i cant reallly help with that.  but maybe im not sure if this will help try doing like handstand snap downs to get the habit of landing on ur feet?? Then just think before u do it that u can do it and ur going to land on ur feet.  and just practice it a lot on ur trampoline trying to land on ur feet.  now with not being scared just dont think about it that u might get hurt or whatever just think that u can do it.  thats all i can really think of.  i hope it helps .  tell me how this works out.  good luck i hope u make it!!
