Question
hi i am 14 years old and i really want to be a flier in cheerleading but is 99 lbs too much or should i go on the special k diet

Answer
Hey.
In truth, that's a perfect weight for a flyer. If you gain a little more weight, which you will eventually, you will be fine. But it's not just about how much you weigh. You also have to stay fit and you have to know how to stay tight. Also, remember that basing isn't so bad. That's actually how a lot of flyers learn how to stay tight. That's how I did.

P.S. Don't diet. Cheerleading is one of the most toning sports and it's one of the worst to diet on.
