Question
ya i tryed out 4 my high school seiren squad or chick chunker lol but i was wondering if u had and work out tips 2 get stronger and i have a big prob i never finish my toss 2 hands and it is killing my i keep trying lol but thank 4 the help

Answer
The first thing I tell every guy when they ask for a cheerleading workout is that nothing replaces actual stunting. Find a female or go to an all-star gym and ask around for a girl and stunt all you can and if needed (if the girl isn't real experienced) find another guy or girl who is to give you tips on timing & technique. For lifts do alot of power clings, it'll help your speed and power of your flick. Beyond that military presses helps the muscles for extensions, libs etc..a tricep workout will also help your walk-ins. Then beyond that just anything that will help your overall strength & stamina but it seems like you're at a pretty basic level so those should help to start. But as I said stunt all you can.
