get scared and put my hand dowm?

Answer
Hi angel!

For your lower back you can do backbends or seal stretches (lay flat on your stomach and push your upperbody up by straightening your arms.)

The trick in an ariel is the height, speed and rotation. For height, bring your arms up and slam them back down as fast as your can. This shpould give you the lift you need. However, simply having the height alone will not get you around. You must also use your stomach and leg muscles to whip your legs around much faster than you would in a cartwheel. Also remember to get your chest up at the end.

Back handsprings have many steps to follow. First, sit as you would in a chair, then swing your arms down. As you swing your arms back up, jump back as hard as you can. Then while keeping your arms straight, open your shoulders and hips and arch your back. As soon as your hands hit, use your stomach muscles to snap your legs down fast!

Hope this helps!
