Question
How to grow bigger potassium aluminium sulfate with better control and specific experimental steps?

Answer
I'm not sure what procedure you have now, so I'm not sure what controls you already have in place.  Here are several procedures to start with.  Control comes from doing things slower and with purer materials.  One thing to try is to grow crystals, dissolve those,  and then use that solution  to try to grow the big ones.
