What percentage of alcohol do I have if I a mixture of i bottle 70cl of Vodka,40% alc;70cl of whisky,40%alc;and 70cl of gin 40%alc?

Note that you did not ask for a detailed explanation, you did note post again asking for one, and the question you have asked really nothing to do with chemistry but is a general math problem.
