Question
When you boil water you lose Oxygen. Is pure Hydrogen left?
Can this water without oxygen be used to power cars?

Answer
When you boil water the oxygen you lose is the oxygen that is dissolved in the water.  The water DOES NOT break apart into oxygen and hydrogen.  The water reamins unchanged except that it can turn from liquid to steam, but it is still water.  The amount of oxygen dissolved in the water is only around 8 mg/L.  To get even close to one one pound of oxygen you need to boil around 15000 gallons of water.  There is no hydrogen produced.
