Chemistry (including Biochemistry)/Acid Concentration vs Specific Gravity

Question
I work with an phosphoric acid anodize line and I'm trying to find the % concentration of H3PO4 @ 68F with a specific gravity of X (1.0504, 1.0535...any number)

I need a formula for converting the specific gravity at a certain temperature to percent concentration.
If I'm testing the solution at 68F or at 75F and I'm getting a certain S/G then I need to be able to find the % conc. of that solution at that temperature.

Your help would be most appreciated.

Answer
The only accurate way with virgin solutions would be to make standards of known percentage.  You do not have enough information for a formula, even at one temperature.  That is why these tables are created. Once used, it is impossible because you can not account for anything else that is in the solution.  You can look up virgin solutions in the CRC Handbook.  Here is another example

If you are buying in bulk, your vendor may have tables.
