Question
So how does mold start the growth? Is it just a bunch of cells developing into a strong colony?
and what happens to the mold after the bread has desolved? i am confused. but thanks for getting answer

What happens when mold completly takes over bread? just a really hard question. While i was just thinking abour mold i thought of this. Does your bread turn into a plant? Does it dissolve? A really hard question.

Answer -
The bread is food for the mold. Just like you and your favorite meal, it is consumed and digested until there is no more.  Here is a good website on nothing but bread mold.

Answer
Mold spores are present in the air.  They land on the bread and start a colony.  They can grow from one spot or several until the colony or colonies take over the bread.

If you put moldy bread in an enclosed environment, when the bread is gone, the mold will die for lack of food.  Mold has to spread to look for new food sources.
