Which colored candle would burn the fastest colered or clear?

Answer
I think you mean colorless (no color), not clear (can see through like glass), unless you are talking liquid candles.  Either way, it will depend on what the color is made from.  For commercial candles, you should see no difference.  The type of wax will make a much bigger difference.
