Question
How i can remove surfactunt from the liver of cow?

Answer
There are three types of surfactants and several ways to remove them depending on what elese might be present.  The general method is to treat the material with methanol and/or chloroform or mixtures to get the recovery required.  I myself know of no studies on liver but the water methods can be found in a common reference called "Standard Methods for the Examination of Water and Wastewater".  It has methods for general anionic and nonionic testing.  For specific methods you will need to go to the chemical literature.  The nonionic is commonly called the Texaco Method for the APE family of commercially available surfactants.  There are no "approved" methods for anything other than MBAS anionic surfactants and no reference book published methods for cationic (only in the literature).
