Chess/chess king movement while in chek

Question
If you are in check and you move you king to a square where your opponent says you are in check again, how do you proceed to move you king

Answer
Hello Mary,

Once you move the King to an illegal square, you must look at the board and find a square you can safely move the King. If you cannot it's checkmate. Remember, the more you play, the more you'll learn. It's OK to lose and try again. You'll get better!

I hope this helps.
