Hi I hope that you can help me with this question is it possible that when playin chess and the white queen is right next to the black king is the king aloowed to take the queen

Thanks for the question.
Yes dear Richie, it is absolutely possible for the king to take the opponent's queen (White queen and black king in your case), provided the opponent's queen is not guarded (or protected) by any of the opponent's pieces.
