Question
hello, im Rijen im 16 ive been playing chess for about 11 years now, when i was ten i beat one of the ten best players in our state. Since then ive been considered a prodidgy.... anyway enough bragging, my opening set up is long and complex but it leaves enough room for every piece too move in several dirctions and it leaves no piece ungarded, i need something short to give that same effect can you help? btw im sort of a defenceive opportunistic player if that helps any.

Answer
Hi Rijen,

Before I can answer your question, I need some more information from you please:

1) What country do you live in and what is your current rating?
2) Do you receive any coaching?
3) What opening systems do you play as White and Black?

When you say "I need something short to give that same effect...", are you looking for other openings to play?

Thanks,
