Is there a possibility that black can move first?
Dear Don,
No. The rules of chess clearly state White must move first. It would be an illegal move for Black to move first.
Nowadays one can see chess sets of different colors. I've even seen black and red-colored pieces. As long as both players know which pieces are the designagted white pieces, then the player of those pieces must move first.
