QuestionQUESTION: What is unique about Kasparov's playing style ?
Thanks, I appreciate your reponse
ANSWER: Hi Edward,
To sum up his playing style: Garry Kasparov was known as a dynamic, aggressive and energetic player. He also had incredible analytical abilities. Kasparov once said that there were only
5-6 "real" chess players in the world. His definition had nothing to do with rating, rather: A real chess player is someone who knows where the pieces belong." From studying his games, I was amazed at how effortlessly he could do this, while his opponents - top Grandmasters - couldn't.
These web sites contain some good reviews of his style:

QUESTION: I appreciate your repsponse. I ha ve a question of the King's Indian Defence opening. What is black's gameplan? What pieces does black use to control the center?
Thanks. I appereciate it.
Answer
Hi Edward,
Black's basic plan in the King's Indian Defense is to let White occupy the center, then strike back against it in hypermodern style using either e5 (most common) or c5. Often with the center closed, Black can launch an attack on White's King.
