Question
Dear Chuck

Is it possible to checkmate with two knights?

Thanks
Prashant

Answer
Hello, Prashant.

Sorry it took so long to respond.  I got a new email address and hadn't told All Experts about it.

Anyway, it is POSSIBLE to mate with just two knights, but it isn't FORCED.  In other words, if the side with the lone king plays correctly the game will be a draw.  If he plays poorly, then he might get checkmated.
