Question
Can you give me some strategys and tactics in chess? And also how can i train my self in playing chess?

If you are a very beginner and can afford to purchase some books, two wonderful books I would recommend for you are "Winning Strategy for Kids" and "Winning Chess Exercises for Kids", both by Jeff Croakley. Though for kids, some rather dificult tactics to work on in there too. and the straegical aspect for beginner level are nicely covered. -

Some beginner articles in there are: "Inventory of Mating Nets", "Discovering Tactical Shots in Your Games" and most importantly, a link to tactis on the internet called "Free Links to Tactical Websites"

For strategy I would recommend Jeremy Silman's How To Reasses Your Chess (The Workbook) - However, if you are just beginning to learn chess may be too advanced for you. If you can e-mail me at TenderDragon@Optonlne.Net and describe  your playing strength a bit maybe I can recommend some websites.
